Harold is a prostate cancer survivor and former coal miner who is currently facing serious financial and housing difficulties in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After ICE, his beloved dog, suffered a severe neck injury in an attack, Harold spent over $2,500 on emergency veterinary care to save his life.

Despite everything he has been through, including cancer treatment, health challenges, and unstable housing, Harold continues doing everything he can to care for ICE and get back on his feet.
