@virginmedia VM account as she uses virgin media mail. She has been unable to get anywhere. I have also tried and it just locks you out.

@virginmedia My mother is 82 and has been unable to get onto her virgin media account for over a week. She called VM to try and resolve it as it as the website would not accept her password. As there is no "reset password" prompt she has been going round in circles trying to get access to her
