@WolfOfTrenchess @WarMonitor3 Venezuela produces around 1 million barrels a day vs. 25 million barrels from the gulf countries so as long as the gulf oil fails to reach the markets he has no solution. Not even taking liquified gas in the equation where Qatar alone produces 20% of the world supply.
