@Eurostar was at Brussels station at 1725 for the 9159. I was told to come back at 1800 as I was "too early". I did and am now in a queue that hasn't moved in 38 mins. train is in 12 mins - no info and your website says it's still on time.. any chance of an update please?

@British_Airways So my bag did not make it to Denver with me. No BA staff at Denver, told to report missed bag on portal.Portal asks me to log on - system is down, account cannot be retrieved. Bag reference is not recognised by system, different format. Really, BA? Really?
