This Saturday, 8th June, I’ll be taking part in the Moel Siabod Sportif Bike Ride. We’ll be cycling 105 miles with a 9000ft ascent in Snowdonia whilst raising funds for the Matt Gallagher Foundation.
Matt Gallagher was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in October and (1/6)
I’ll be joining old rugby pals @chris_pennell, @j_arr, Ben Gerry and Nick Baxter amongst others and cycling 105 miles in Snowdonia on Saturday.
