Today I observed a Polish lesson (where not a word of English was spoken so I was a tad lost) where they were discussing Dostoyevskyโs crime and punishment. Then I observed an English lesson on the Great gatsby. Both were so much fun to see. ๐ต๐ฑ ๐ฌ๐ง @TBSWarsaw
Hereโs my recovery plan.
1. Teach everyone as well as you can, in normal school hours
2. Implement your existing curriculum as well as you can in normal school hours
3. Set a stack of nicely varied homework and reading
4. Ignore all the catastrophising and push on.
KS3 students coming up with questions about their passions and working towards answers at the end of the week. Some of our favorites: How is human perception affected by virtual reality devices?
