Very poor from @THORPEPARK. Thought they handled Hyperia's unplanned closure v well, allowing fans who'd pre-booked tickets complete flexibility to reschedule their visit. That is unless you booked tickets using Tesco Clubcard points like me, in which case it's a big fat No.

@tobygrummetspet @TicketmasterUK Had the same issue. Got through the queue, and then hit a loading spinner in every browser, on every device. Eventually uncleared and allowed me to input code, but at which point, tickets gone. Crap from ticketmaster as usual.
