Day 7/60 YT shorts challenge
Did a quick experiment: posted all previous shorts on a brand new channel as well
Aged channel is still stuck on 0 views for some reason
However, the fresh channel is doing justice on one of the videos, hope this momentum continues.
Day 3/60 YT shorts challenge
Both recent shorts stuck on 0 views sadly
Bought an aged YouTube account for this challenge, does anyone know if starting on a fresh account might make the algorithm push more?
Will continue to upload once a day, might play around with the upload time though.
Step by step. Day by day.
Day 2/60 YT shorts challenge
First short got up to 140 views then flat lined
77.8% swiped ~ probably not hitting the right target audience
After the first week hopefully the algorithm will start pushing my video to the right people
Upload the second short before I went to bed ~ 0 views as of now
Need to wait to see the geography data and determine the best uploading time
Step by step. Day by day.
Fk it, let’s try YT shorts using ONLY AI and document everything here

Many AI voices are getting demonetised on YouTube
I’ve put together a secret framework that will guarantee your channel won’t get demonetised for using AI TTS

🚨FINALLY🚨
YouTube now lets you A/B Test your Thumbnails!
Pro tip: Test radically different thumbnails for fast results, then follow up with subtle variations
You need to fail.
The journey looks like this
Fail.
Fail.
Fail.
Fail.
Fail.
Win!
Fail fast to win faster.
The lessons from failing are valuable.
When you get that win double down on what you did.
Track your failures
Alex Hormozi said it best
Imagine if YouTube was a game,
And you lose the game..
You're not going to win if you did the same thing as your last play through
What you should do is TRACK what you did to FAIL,
And just don't do that again
Don't overcomplicate YouTube.
Trial and error,
Just make sure you don't get stuck on the errors
Learn from them
You're overthinking it.
Pick something and run with it.
Stop trying to perfect it and optimize it.
Pick something, do the work, fix what doesn't work.
That's literally all you need to do.
You will suck at the start.
But that's what iterating is for.
Perfection = Time lost
I'm going to let you in on a little secret...
You are the biggest bottleneck to your success.
Take action.
Make mistakes.
Learn.
Iterate.
Improve.
Stop overthinking shit.
