Desi Arnaz became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 1943. He was born in Cuba & immigrated to the United States with his family after the Cuban Revolution. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1943 & officially became a citizen that same year.

51st & Wood Mass Shooting: 7 shot, 2 dead .

Chicago Police report gunfire at a party just after midnight in New City. Two men were killed, and five others, including a 23-year-old woman, were hospitalized. Families and neighbors watched in horror.

My prayers go out to the victims and their families.

Chicagoans pay some of the highest taxes in the nation, yet violence continues unchecked. Chicago deserves safe streets, accountable leadership, and policies that protect its citizens.

It’s heartbreaking & enraging: one of Britain’s most dangerous antisemites is Jewish.

Green Party leader Zack Polanski — who sounds more Nazi than the far-right — is now backing surveillance of British Jews who served in the IDF after the Hamas October 7 terror attack.

His party, glued together by Islamist + hard-left Jew-hatred, wants the UK to track British citizens as if they are “war crimes” criminals.

This is antisemitic contagion at its worst. Enough.

Now, antisemitism is being used as one of the weapons in a major studio merger fight. Paramount Skydance's own legal chief says that some of the opposition to the Warner Bros. merger is driven by Jew-hatred. The acquisition is being led by Paramount Skydance Chairman and CEO David Ellison, who is Jewish.

Hollywood has an antisemitism problem.

This is America in 2026.

In Minnesota, Target set aside fitting rooms as exclusive Muslim prayer spaces during Ramadan — cordoned off with barriers and “do not enter” signs, with shoppers being redirected. The arrangement reportedly remained in place for months afterward.

Would Target offer this same level of dedicated religious accommodation for Jews? For Catholics? For Christians?

In states like Minnesota, where demographic changes are exerting growing influence on the Democratic Party, it is not surprising to see selective religious accommodations in everyday retail spaces. At the same time, Jewish communities continue to face rising antisemitism with too little institutional response.

These double standards matter. They signal which groups’ needs are prioritized — and which are sidelined — in corporate and political decision-making.

The National Association of Muslim Police — official rep body for Muslim officers across UK forces — calls Zionism “one of the manifestations of anti-Muslim hatred,” brands the IDF a “Zionist terrorist group,” and defends Hamas against “unverified stories” of their Oct 7 barbarism.

A policy paper by their then vice-president, now exposed.
Police protecting the public? Or infected with the Jew-hatred they’re meant to police?

While so much attention is on Mamdani-style anti-Israel zealotry riding today's surge in antisemitism, here in my hometown of Miami Beach, an Orthodox Jewish Mayor @stevenmeiner, is now serving his second term.

He proudly stands among hundreds of Israeli flags — and yes, those are his signature white sneakers with a bold Star of David. He wears them every day.😉

At a moment when Jews feel under pressure in so many places, it’s a reminder: there are still communities that don’t just tolerate Jewish identity—they celebrate it.

Acclaimed Hungarian Jewish director László Nemes just dropped a truth bomb at Cannes: “There’s an orgy of antisemitism, an absolute, shameless orgy of antisemitism, overtaking the West.”

His 2015 masterpiece Son of Saul — a harrowing film about a Sonderkommando at Auschwitz — won the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film and the Cannes Grand Prix.

Today? He says it “wouldn’t even make the Oscar shortlist.” Because “of the politicization of cinemas, because anything that’s Jewish is now considered . . .nobody would touch it with a 10-foot pole.”

This is where we are. Jews are being erased from the stories of their own genocide while Hollywood and the cultural elite cheer. The entertainment industry’s antisemitic purge is real — and it’s accelerating.

It took a non-Jewish political commentator @HughHewitt to drop a truth bomb this morning about the Democratic Party and antisemitism.

“The Democratic Party is deeply infected with anti-Semitism — not anti-Israel sentiment, not anti-Zionism — antisemitism. And it’s like a sepsis….It’s either going to kill the Democratic Party or it’s going to kill the United States.”

25 years after 9/11, the Muslim Brotherhood influence and radical jihadist sympathizers are being mainstreamed in the Democratic Party.

This is no longer a warning. It’s a diagnosis.

President Donald J. Trump has previously sought to deploy federal resources, including the National Guard, to Chicago, but Governor JB Pritzker and Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul challenged some of his administration’s actions in court.

Meanwhile, Mayor Brandon Johnson has chosen not to bring back ShotSpotter.

We are losing Chicagoans to violence every day.

Many residents believe Illinois, Cook County, and Chicago leaders have failed to do enough to address the ongoing violence affecting our communities. Taxpayers fund multiple layers of government and law enforcement, yet families continue to bury loved ones while elected officials debate politics.

People need help. Families need help. Communities need help.

The violence continues, and many Chicagoans fear the situation will only get worse unless something changes.
