Hi, I have a faulty bed from you.

A rwfund can't be arranged until the bed is picked up.

After weeks of trying, a pick up date was finally arranged. However, the pick up company never arrived.

I am now still stuck with the bed, and no refund.

If players aren't getting the development they need through the current setup, the wider system should be looked at. Ruining a perfectly good EFL cup is a bizarre way of solving this problem.
