A woman can menstruate for around 40 years. That can mean over 500 cycles in a lifetime.
If each period lasts around 5 days, that's more than 2,500 days. Almost 7 years of bleeding.
Seven. Years.
And if she loses around 80 ml of blood per cycle, that's about 41.7 litres of blood in a lifetime.
That's the entire blood volume of 8 adult men.
And women are still expected to show up, work, smile, reply to emails, raise children, clean the house, and act like nothing is happening.
The weaker sex? Please.
