@imfat Just quick math-> added up that is $2370 a month. 2370=(40*19+19*1.5*x)*0.7 -> x=93 hours overtime a week. If you can survive on 4 or less hours of sheet a day you would have (24*7-4*7) =140 hours remaining a week of which a minimum of 133 hours those would need to be working
