@ChrisRamsey60 Mostly true. But the outliers in stocks far out perform real estate. Getting in early on house like bitcoin or nvda could have made you millions on very little investment. Real estate never does that.

@__smwisor Smart on their part for sure. I’m guessing many people don’t call to renegotiate the price. Keeping existing customers at even stupid low rates is still 100% profit for them as additional customers cost them nothing extra.

@GenZMultifamily They are no different than any other rental it’s only a program where the rent is covered by the govt. all rentals all come down to how good your tenants are. Doesn’t matter where their $ comes from.

@Chris_Smth Why did you list a home for $40,000 over market value? Quit buying listings by telling sellers inflated values. Or just price them to sell and quit charging ridiculous 6% fees. Maybe charge 1.5% per side and do more volume.

@GenZMultifamily So true. most people are afraid to become landlords. I’ve found 99% of tenants will treat your property with respect. But screening is important and then treat them with respect too. When something breaks immediately fix it. Show them you care and they’ll be good tenants 99%

@commondefense And Minnesota claims it was similar for childcare fraud. Does anyone believe it’s only 1 fraudster out of 10,000 claimants in the VA? Come on. There isn’t any govt program that is that’s efficient.

@EricG1247 Oh so fraud is illegal and that’s your proof it doesn’t exist? Did you learn that at the learing center? Fraud obviously exists in any behemoth program like all govt handout social services. Pointing it out doesn’t mean we don’t support vets and those legitimately injured.

@C045829303C @PubWanghaf I know I was encouraged upon returning from Iraq to claim PTSD even when I told them I didn’t have PTSD. I think it’s fair to say there is fraud in any government handout program…va disability is no different than the others. The amount of it is unknown but it’s not nothing
