@savschanilec This sometimes helps because banks don’t always factor in what it costs to keep a house going, so you can get approval for a house that is a lot more than what you would like to pay each month.

@savschanilec Option 2 is figure out what you would be comfortable paying for each month for montage and also factor in utilities. We then found a relator we liked and she helped us find a house we liked within that mortgage range, then we got approved for that house.
