What is your concentration risk?

•If this % is higher than 70-80% - that’s a red flag

Subscription business is getting tougher and it’s critical to keep your users’ LTV high enough to drive profitability

What can you do?

1.monetize your free users with ads
2.push free users to become paid users (promo offers, free trials, upsells)
3.Create more value for your active paid users to increase their subscription lifetime
4.Introduce new in-app & transactional services for both free users and active payers
