Create more than 2k certified Academies to help impulse new talent. Also every team from the Mexican league will join the project with donating Academic and Athletic scholarships. So the talent won’t depend where you from or how much income your family makes. The goal is to have those kids that now play in a dirt field to the best stadiums in the world.
