As the Christmas time approach’s fast, it can be difficult for anyone.

An empty seat at the table, a text waiting to be received but never arrives, one less Christmas card to purchase, one less gift to buy, one less call to make, an expecting baby that never was born, an empty pet bowl on the floor.

You should never feel alone with your thoughts, because you’re not. Million’s and million’s of people suffer every year with mental health - during the Christmas period is a peak time for those around us, struggling a little more at this time.

Check up on your friends. Check up on your loved ones. Text them, call them, send them a meme or a video to let them know you’re thinking about them.

Keep them close and let them know, they’re not alone. A simple check in everyday, makes a whole lot of difference. Be the person that makes that difference.

And if you are one of the people finding it difficult at this time, you’re not alone, you do matter. To see the rainbow, there always has to be a little rain 🌈💛
