Wayne Brown has declared a war on waste. In 2002, as a 10yo, I wrote him a letter while he was the Chair of the ADHB, about his time and money wasting idea to rename Starship “Auckland Sick Children’s Hospital”, and suggesting he focus his time on making the food better instead.
