rain talked on his early Counter-Strike career and how he got his first contract: "We needed a player for Copenhagen Games, and then we ended up getting [Maikelele] into the team, and then I played with him during the tournament and I played pretty okay. He was like, 'Come with me, I'm going to start an international project,' and that's how it started. I was actually about to quit Counter-Strike as well right after the tournament, because I was 20, I worked at a grocery store, I didn't want to keep playing games, I wanted to do something else, and then I got that call and I got a contract and I was like, 'Oh sh*t, I am gonna play some games.'" Dogs in Chernobyl have mysteriously started turning blue over the last week. A group, called Dogs of Chernobyl, an affiliate of the non-profit Clean Futures Fund, shared a video showing several packs of dogs with at least one completely blue. While the team does not know what caused the blue coloring, social media users have made several suggestions in the comment sections of the videos. While these dogs appeared to be safe, scientists have been studying the animals living around the site since the disaster. A study in 2024, for example, found that the dogs had mutated to develop a new superpower - they are immune to radiation, heavy metals and pollution.

TERMINATOR 2: JUDGMENT DAY was released 34 years ago this week. Acclaimed as one of the great blockbuster action films, and among the best sequels ever made, it remains a hugely spectacular movie with a making of story to match… 1/42
