Yes, there’s a lot of message. Here’s some of them:
- The family is in a clean home, they have food to cook, and the children are well dressed. So, someone obviously had to work to pay for all these.
- The wife is smiling and doesn’t look tired. If she had gone to work the whole day and had to resume cooking at home, she would have been tired and wouldn’t be cooking so happily. So, we can infer that the husband was the one who went to work in order to provide for the family.
- Despite having gone to work to provide for the family, the husband, a present father, came back home to his family, is still looking joyful, and is relaxing by watching the TV he bought. He only gets to watch the TV occasionally. His children and wife understand this, and they’re allowing him enjoy his TV time without disturbance.
- She’s pregnant even while nursing an infant. It is only in a happy, non-abusive home that a woman would be willing to give birth to as many as possible children without much gap between them, as she’s sure that the husband is present and capable of taking care of them.
- The woman, even while pregnant, is still beautiful, unlike the average Nigerian woman who stops using make up and filters during pregnancy then claims that pregnancy makes women ugly.
Overall, this is a healthy, loving, and happy family where every member contributes towards its happiness.
Their decision to walk off destabilised the Moroccans, stunned the home fans, and changed the entire dynamic of the game.
Without that display, Diaz wouldn't have missed his penalty and they wouldn't have been galvanised to score that winner.
But as usual, expecting a Nigerian to understand the positive outcome of resistance is like explaining rocket physics to a potato. People whose "independence" came from "I hereby sponsor this motion" and "All in favour say Aye!" What would you know about fighting for anything?
Your national culture is to dutifully bend over, get shafted, and then leave it for God. 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬

We might all be long dead by the time it is officially declassified, but one day the world will know whose heroin Bola Tinubu was really trafficking into Chicago, and why the US government has been protecting one random Nigerian drug dealer for over 30 years.
The US government is the world's largest drug trafficking organisation, and all your Escobars, Hernandez's, Tinubus and Chapo Guzman's were just the middle management in its multinational drug trafficking enterprise.
“When an Igbo man sends his daughter to private school and his son to public school, no patriachy.
When a man allows his daughters stay home, and his sons go to his store to do heavy lifting, no lgbo patriachy.
When a house is in trouble and everyone ignores the woman while putting all the blame on the man, calling him incompetent, no Igbo patriachy.
When a man is implicitly forced to take on the financial burden of his family and that of his in-laws; he builds his family house, builds his parents a house, builds his wife's parents a house, trains relatives in school, etc. no patriarchy.
they will sell stories of girls made to cook, conveniently, forgetting boys are made to wash cars, wash tanks and handle other riskier tasks.
"Wife was made to cook by 4am", but the man leaving home by 4am to go face a chaotic business environment is doing it coz he will meet Davido and Wizkid there right?”
said it before, this whole patriarchy talks is by wretched twitter bitter misandrists disguising as feminists.
same you guys pushing this beer parlor narrative are same people that’d unapologetically reduce yourself to nothing by doing more than intended for men, making them see you as desperate and when they decide they can’t settle for less, you turn misandrist.
then all of a sudden, all men are evil because one man decided not to settle for a wretched girl without value and purpose.
Listen to me diva and listen carefully:
What you’re experiencing isn’t JUST terrible skin! This one is a systemic INFLAMMATORY RESPONSE showing up on the face.
Let me help you.
Those deep painful bumps and clusters come from internal stress signals, especially:
• Gut irritation / endotoxin overload
• Hormonal imbalance, especially high estrogen, serotonin, cortisol and histamine
• A liver that’s overwhelmed and can’t fully clear those hormones
• Low metabolic / thyroid function which slows healing and increases inflammation
When the gut leaks endotoxin into the bloodstream, the immune system responds aggressively and the skin (one of the first places inflammation shows up) reacts with swelling, redness, clogged pores and cyst-like breakouts.
This is why topical treatments alone rarely solve severe acne: the skin is a mirror of inner stress, not the source of it.
What actually helps
A. Calm the gut: this is the biggest lever for clearing skin
The fastest-acting gut tools for acne:
• Daily raw carrot salad (grated carrot + coconut oil + vinegar and salt)
—> binds endotoxin and estrogen, lowers inflammation, improves bowel movements
• Avoid foods that bloat you (they feed bacteria behind the breakouts)
—> e.g. beans, oats, raw leafy salads, excess starch, nuts/seeds
• Eat easy to digest carbs: ripe fruit, orange juice, honey, well cooked roots
• Cook your vegetables well or choose low-irritant ones (mushrooms, zucchini)
• 1 bowel movement per day minimum
—> magnesium glycinate/citrate or cascara sagrada can help safely
• Coconut oil (1–2 tsp/day)
—> antimicrobial, pro-thyroid, reduces endotoxin
Lower gut inflammation —> lowers estrogen, serotonin, histamine, cortisol —> skin rapidly calms.
B. Support metabolism and liver function. A strong metabolism = strong skin healing
• Get enough protein (80–100 g/day)
Best sources: dairy, eggs, gelatine, shellfish, white fish, beef/lamb; 150g of liver a week
• Avoid all PUFA oils
—> no seed oils, vegetable oils, nuts, nut butters, margarine, avocado oil, fish oil, fatty fish
They slow metabolism, increase inflammation, worsen acne, just cut off
• Eat saturated fats instead: butter, coconut oil, dairy fat, tallow
• Don’t undereat because calories help the liver detox estrogen
• Sunlight / tanning shop daily to raise vitamin D and lower inflammation
• Sleep 8–9 hours —> cortisol drops, skin heals
C. Balance hormones. Most severe acne involves estrogen dominance + high cortisol.
What lowers estrogen safely:
• Raw carrot salad (again, it’s huge)
• Adequate protein + low-PUFA diet (crucial!!!)
• Good thyroid function (all my tips will help you with this)
• Daily bowel movements
• Avoiding soy and excessive alcohol consumption
What raises protective hormones:
• Orange juice / fruit sugar
• Dairy
• Enough calories
• Saturated fats (esp. coconut oil)
Supplements:
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3): 50–100 mg, 2× per day
• lowers inflammation
• supports metabolism
• decreases cortisol
• helps “oiliness” and skin healing
Magnesium glycinate: 200–400 mg nightly
• helps bowel movement regularity
• lowers stress hormones
• supports sleep
Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols): 100–200 IU/day
• anti-estrogen
• anti-inflammatory
• helps with cystic acne specifically
Use: Tocovit by Idea Labs, https://t.co/jZXBmCKZXs, ZENEMENT or LifeBlud
Activated charcoal (occasional use, 1–2×/week)
• binds endotoxin
• great during flare-ups
Take far from food/supplements.
Aspirin (low dose: 81–300 mg/day)
• anti-inflammatory
• mild antibacterial in the gut
• anti-estrogen
Take 1mg of vitamin K with every 300mg of aspirin
Bio-identical Progesterone (like Progest E complex)
• opposes estrogen
• reduces oil production
• fights inflammation
(Use only high-quality bioidentical!)
Helpful topicals
Nizoral (ketoconazole) 1–2×/week
• reduces fungal involvement
• anti-inflammatory
2.5% benzoyl peroxide
• kills acne bacteria
• use sparingly to avoid irritation

I've spoken before about my experience lecturing in School of Health Technology, Jega, Kebbi.
I was lecturing 300L students, environmental microbiology.
During exams - 8 out of 10 students cannot spell biology talk less of answering questions.
They all graduate, eventually.
You see that 34 in 100 person and 25 in 100 person for the North?
Reduce it!
Don’t piss me off.
More than 80% of the Northern Corp members that I met at Karaye camp couldn’t read nor write.
That’s one of the strangest and most bewildering thing I’ve ever experienced.
Did you know why the Igbos & Yam can never be separated?!
Igbos and Yam have history & it will remain in the book of record till eternity.
The Igbo tribe of Nigeria are the ones that domesticated Yam from the wild species.
Yes! You read that right, the Igbos domesticated wild weed Dioscorea abyssinica and D. praehensili and through selective breeding they created magic which is Yam around 5000 BCE that's like 7,024 years ago!
The Portuguese came across Yam in the 15th century, when they started exploring West Africa. Yam moved to America during the 5|ave trade as yam was included as food provision for African on those ships.
During the 16th century, the Portuguese and Spanish colonizers introduced yam cultivation to Brazil and Caribbean territories. £n5|av€d Africans from yam growing regions transferred their agricultural expertise to plantation systems in Brazil.
The colonial powers recognized yams as valuable provision crops for feeding £n5|av€d populations on sugar plantations, reducing operational costs by having £n5|av€d laborers cultivate their own sustenance (yam).
18th century, yam production supported the expansion of sugar plantation economies by providing reliable, culturally familiar food sources for £n5|av€d workers, reducing planters’ expenditures on imported provisions.
You see, without the Igbos what would the £n5|av€d people survived on?
This post is to massively appreciate the Igbos & their ancestors for making a huge mark in history through domesticating a food crop that would change the course of history & a source of huge GDP for Nigeria.
The yearly Igbo New Yam Festival (Iri Ji), which celebrates the harvest of yams in Nigeria is not because the Igbos love yam, it is because the tribe birthed Yam and with such history it is important to celebrate it.
Shout out to Igbos 🙌🫡😀
f you're an Igbo son/daughter reading this, you should be proud!

🗣 John Terry: “I’ll tell you that Azpilicueta when he joined the first couple of weeks, we were thinking, "What the f— is going on here?"
But credit to the guy. He’s gone on to just improve and got better season after season after season honestly. And he’s become this he’s now he became like, you know, incredible. One of the best captains as well.”

The first month I relocated to lagos 2021, I went out clubbing with these niqqas that stayed in my new estate and I thought we all were just young guys hustling to see front.
We partied, had fun when the bill came, it was about N3.7M, we were 3 guys with a few babes.
One of the guys who is still my guy till today stepped outside and I followed him, he made a phone call to his dad and told him we’ve been arrested by sars and they were requesting for N2M.
6 minutes later he got an alert of N2.5M and a text message followed which reads “mumu, Get your stupid ass home”
We went back in, he dropped 2M, the other guy dropped 1M and with no instructions I knew the remaining 700k was mine to take care of. Opened my bank app and did mine.
On our ride home, I was quietly quiet thinking about my life, got home and went straight to open my trading chart to start looking for good setups to recover my money, stayed awake till in the afternoon watching trades and the funny thing was that I still lost those trades.
Two days later I got another WhatsApp massage “how far, we will be heading out to Kunle’s aunt’s place later tonight then from there we will stop over at Quilox for a few drinks”. When I heard Quilox, I remembered how the last one went and then and there I knew the importance of being a mini Nepo baby.
I’m Posting this for you to know that there are levels to this shit. Coming from a home that is well to do gives you the opportunity to fuckup several times and still correct yourself. Me, I learnt that not every invitation will witness your presence, no matter how exciting and fun it sounds.
No go present your nipples for them oh, I swear they go whine your nipple wetin no good. You go think say all of una na the same. Una no be the same oh. They pass you, they give you gap.
No let anybody gaslight you. There are some people that their starting point is the finish line you’ve been praying for all your life.
There are some people who your prayer point is a Godforbid something to, there some people who your prayer point is a suffer-head life to.
Understand your environment. Understand and get familiar with the obstacles in your way and never let anybody whine with words of affirmation.
If your papa no get, you go too plan your life back to back and you fit plan back to back and still no see front because you don’t have the resources of trying and failing multiple times.
I got this D£ath Threat from an unknown person for one of my posts, which I don’t know exactly.
While I’m making personal efforts to unmask the fellow, I would appreciate anyone who can help with any info.
This is very important to me and my life.🙏
Do more research and you would understand that "Homosexuality" isn't Western brought rather it has been in Africa even before the civilization of the West.
However, you could equally say we should reject Classroom education since it's from the West.
