The high-end, expensive models are amazing for capex - build systems where mistakes would be embedded and multiplied by use

The smaller models are opex - use these for actual production systems where costs matter, and quality can be measured and improved

@moseskagan We owned a couple of retail locations for a while, and we ABSOLUTELY oversaw / were closely involved. Rent collection was contingent on successful buildouts; small biz retailers can easily screw it up. It's not their competency (yet), and it was ours (in-house construction).

When we started responding to Russia’s operation against our data centers, and when our strikes reached Yandex’s data centers, it suddenly became a little easier to breathe on many social media platforms. A lot of people noticed it. There was less hate, less division, and fewer provocations.

Kind of a crazy idea but maybe leasing chatbots are ultimately incorrect if everyone has a personal chatbot maybe what happens is every property website needs an mcp and the chatbot just talks to the mcp
