@British_Airways can you help please? I am trying to claim missing tier points and avios for flights flown 15 and 8 days ago. I keep getting this from desktop and mobile.
I see the Gatwick Airport strike has been called off? It was due to cause massive flight delays, a mountain of undelivered luggage and non existent customer service. It was abandoned when they realised no one would notice anything different.
@British_Airways Is it possible to get a flight survey link extended? I missed the deadline (due to being on holiday) and would like to pass on comments about great service.
