@MartinBarrow I normal feel you tweets are balanced but remember a worker can only report on what is seen at the time. We have had a pandemic it’s likely home conditions escalated quickly, the judge ordering more information around why is was closed is the right call. Don’t use a poor example

@waitrose part 2 the staff always chatted to my grandad and Nana, they noticed she had been shopping alone when my Grandad was to ill to go. Yesterday she went in after a period of not going due to my Grandad passing away and the staff noticed and gave her a flower Bouquet !
