@British_Airways We had to use credit cards to pay for extra accommodation and food. We were expecting to have the refund from yourselves to cover this- as your paperwork handed out at the airport states all expenses incurred will be refunded as quickly as possible. 12 weeks is not quick

@GBNEWS What about Travel agents and the travel sector?? We have been forgotten and left out of all financial aid since the pandemic began- with nearly all of us up to our eyes in debt because of cancellations and refunds
