@GLiperis@ESHRE@CatenaUrsula It would help to define criteria to identify women at higher risk, based on solid evidence+expert consensus. For now there will still to be heterogeneity in how the condition is managed.
@GLiperis@ESHRE@CatenaUrsula I do not believe we know enough about how clinical outcomes vary by subtypes. There are not many areas of our field where the classic “more research is necessary..” blurb at the end of papers is more applicable than in this context
@GLiperis@ESHRE@CatenaUrsula Some patients with blatant adenomyosis may never get diagnosed with it, and in other cases patients are lead to believe that adenomyosis is the sole cause of their infertility even if they also have an undetectable AMH level.
Q3: What are the main diagnostic pitfalls in adenomyosis? How do clinical outcomes differ in subtypes of adenomyosis? Should we define specific criteria to identify those women at higher risk? #ESHREjc@CatenaUrsula@AlexQuaas

As F&S „Interactive Associate“ I get to create „virtual abstracts” of publications. This video invites you to read the important piece by @drevefeinberg et al. in the May issue. Most important message: “Life begins at conception” is a religious belief, not a scientific fact.
In residency I submitted two papers to @AJOG_thegray and they (rightly) got rejected 😉 So it was a great honor to author the below editorial about T discontinuation prior to egg freezing in TGD individuals, commenting on an excellent study on this topic
