Anyone else on the 10th Oct end up at #TamworthServiceStation run by #MotoGroup car park by #GroupNexus? It was Gridlock in the car park just before 02pm until about 03:30pm & been slapped with a fine because thanks to not being able to leave, we were over 2hours on their land.

Taking money out of my account for something not received, making it extremely difficult in the app to cancel the order, the driver said he would cancel on his end. All I want is my money. Funny how a massive company cannot refund about £13
