I am incredibly proud of what we managed to pull together yesterday at the @HaywoodClub Annual Conference. The committee did an incredible job to sustain momentum over the last 2 years and the speakers absolutely smashed it. Thank you!👏@maj_retd_fox @jodieblackadder@DMS_MilMed
“Trust your crazy ideas” @NoubarAfeyan on HBR Ideacast brilliantly articulating why so much of what we do is adjacent and not pioneering and transformational innovation. Don’t filter yourself. #Neurodiversity https://t.co/33GkOjqtRm
The question is not how technology can improve our ability to do the same but rather how these technologies can enable us to do entirely different things.

BoJo must take the right action if he takes action. Why did we have 2.7% obesity in 1972 and over 10 times that now? You know! 👏
If metabolic health and nutritional status are the biggest determinants of immunologic robustness, why has this been left out of the COVID-19 conversation? The elderly are at most risk because they are more likely to be insulin resistant and have nutrient deficits!
