On this I fully agree with you.Alot of this rage we see from MPs is fake.The power to change the treatment of accused persons and the conduct of police officers lies in the legislative authority of Parliament.

I proposed to IG Mutyambai to have police stations provide digital Occurence Books (OBs) which can be accessed on the web by all.

The MPs resisted because they were being arrested so much for drinking beyond hours or going beyond the allowable alcohol limit.

We must have digital and web-based OBs as well as CCTVs in all police cells.

That's what idlers like @Honcalebamisi and @RichardOnyonka_ should be pushing for in parliament instead of bleating like common goats here.
