1. Do not exercise before bed.
2. Activate "Night Light" in Microsoft Windows an hour before bed. Bottom right corner of screen.
3. Relaxing or mild music an hour before bed.
As some of you may know my director at my current job makes my life hell. She is horrible. Tuesday I have an interview and it appears to be the dream job. Crossing my fingers. 🤞

@gayrestroom That looks like water damage covered up with tape and paint. I would open it to see if they fixed it or if it is still an issue. Water damage often leads to mold which causes health problems.
