๐ Albert Niculaesei ๐ท๐ด (LB, 2008, Elche)
One of the 2024 MVP's among the youth internationals, a modern offensive fullback already linked with Elche's first team at just 16yo. One to follow in 2025.

@thfcElPresident Normally 50% of succes rate is decent/average. 60% is good, 70% is excellent.
Here I think we are even above those 70%.
Don't expect them to repeat this every summer. But for sure they did their work well.
๐ท๐ด Craiova is the new national champion ๐
A well deserved double title (cup & league) and a great but unlucky European run. Despite some lows in the season, the quality of the players and the way everything was settled - from the system to the complementarity - paid off.
@thfcElPresident Because they invested, and took the right profiles while giving them time (Al-Hamlawi was considered a flop by some after a few games).
Now what's sure, is that you can rarely have such a high % of successful transfers, even at the highest level. So there's also a bit of "luck"
Proof that you can perform well with foreign players if you identity them well, make them understand and suit your system.
Radoi started it, Coelho gave it continuity with small adjustements and a healthy rotation between players.
Congrats Craiova ๐ Make us proud in Europe.
- Efficient and well-suited strikee profiles. (Nsimba, Al-Hamlawi, Etim)
- Top fullbacks for this system (Mora, Bancu)
- U21's with confindence and quality (Radulescu, Matei, Basceanu)
- Strong back 3 and midfielders, with a mix of creativity and control.
Assad Al-Hamlawi ๐ต๐ธ scored again against Sarajevo after offering the win against U Cluj.
Comments here were calling him a flop or a fraud after two games. The man was good in a superior Polish championship, it is a good transfer if you give it time, again, time!
Carlos Mora ๐จ๐ท is so good.
Watching Craiova against Sarajevo it's clear again, the system is well suited for him and the team even if people complain, they should give it time.
Only Dobre in Superliga cand compete in terms of athleticism, but Mora is better overall.
๐ David Oltean ๐ท๐ด (CF, 2010, Montpellier HSC)
Positive news from France where Oltean made his U19 debut for the French academy, being rewarded for his performances since his transfer from Marseille.
Interesting to follow knowing how competitive France can be at youth level.

๐ฅ Alin Techeres ๐ท๐ด (LB, 2007, Sepsi/U Cluj) scored the goal of the year in Romania and a potential Puskas Award contender.
๐ท๐ด Andrei Raศiu is in the Conference League final!
Amazing achievement for him and the whole team, a late bloomer who was "just" a second division player in Spain not so long time ago.
Wishing him the best of luck for the final @AndreiFlorinR ๐ซก
๐ท๐ด ECHIPA NATIONALA - First preliminary list of the Gheorghe Hagi era
Few changes but still some young names who could make their first appearances at senior level :
- Tony Strata (RB, 2004, Vitoria ๐ต๐น)
- Ianis Stoica (CF, 2002, Estrela ๐ต๐น)
- Otto Hindrich (GK, 2002, Legia ๐ต๐ฑ)
Ioan Vermesan ๐ท๐ด (CF, 2006) played 45 minutes against AC Milan in Serie A last weekend!
Another important step for our striker, helping his team to push until the last minutes. Ioan was well involved and managed to create danger twice, one of his shots being stopped by Maignan.
๐ Andrei Chirila ๐ท๐ด๐บ๐ธ (CB, 2008, Cincinnati) scored his first goal in MLS!
On his second appearance, the defender took part in the 4-4 draw against NYC scoring the third goal of his team in the 92' min.
Clean strike out the box. โ ๏ธ
@GabrielSta26099 Probably, they have some serious candidates with Opris also having a great season at Iaศi. Chintes, the GK Cosa, Bota at some point..

@GabrielSta26099 However I wasn't expecting something like this from him.
Ignoring this, he seems to have progressed on the technical aspect which is good news. Makes me think of Ratiu who was very rough and clumsy in his early years
