At Durg Junction Railway Station, parking staff are charging ₹20 in the pick & drop zone without giving any receipt. When asked for a receipt, they refused. Is this an official charge or illegal collection? (1/2)

This is the second time this has happened at Durg Railway Station. Last time I paid, this time I refused because no receipt was given. If there’s a valid fee, a receipt must be provided. Authorities should take action. (2/2)

You guys seriously need a change in your customer support team. Bloody looters are sitting there, I unassigned a Booking when the current penalty amount was ₹50 and time was 7:21 after 7:25 it was ₹350.

Your customer support called me at 7:26 and said that he'll deduct ₹350 and did it. Now when I'm registering call back request, no one from your support team is bothering to call me back.

It happened to me today as I went to Durg Junction Railway Station to drop the Customer in my Cab, & the parking guy demanded ₹10 when I didn't even park the car as it was just a drop off. The issue here is not about the money, but he refused to provide the (1/2) 🔊

@smriti_kannan @Uber_India Have you paid him via any UPI app?
Asking because in maximum cases the UPI I'd has your phone number in it and is visible to the receiver in the transaction details.
Apart from that there's no way UBER shares your number with the Driver.
