Has had a thoroughly enjoyable couple of days @SwanseabayNHS completing my @ResusCouncilUK GIC course. Learnt a lot with and from my fellow #multidisciplinary colleagues. Looking forward to the next steps of IC.

A lovely morning paddle on the River Stour today. Got blown out of Poole Harbour so Plan B. Still windy though. Plenty of wildlife seen, Trout, Swifts, Herrons and a Kingfisher.
