Announcing my 2nd annual throws camp! If you’re in the Bloomington-Normal area, come join my camp. It is for anyone going into 6th-12th grade who wants to develop their skills in throwing shot put and discus. No experience is needed. Come learn techniques and drills to throw far!

In the second day of the IHSA Boys Track & Field Sectional, Alex Sohn wins the discus with a throw of 53.74 M. Tyler Frankowiak throws 47.56. Both qualify for the IHSA State Finals!

Congratulations to Alex Sohn for winning shot put at the IHSA 3A Sectional Meet in O’Fallon! Alex finished with a throw of 18.58. Our eyes are set on gold for the state meet!
