But a company needs judgment more than it needs theatrics.

Protect sleep. Take breaks. Share the load. Get medical help when needed. Build a business that can survive your humanity instead of demanding that you stop having any.

Entrepreneurship can be terribly lonely. Everybody assumes you are strong because you are the one signing salaries and solving problems. Meanwhile, you may have nobody to tell that you are afraid. Find honest peers, mentors or professional support. You deserve a place where you do not have to pretend that leadership never hurts
