Right now dozens of soldiers,police officers have surrounded my premises at One Love Beach Busabala where we were organising a show on Boxing day. Some staff arrested,sound and stage engineers being ordered to pull everything down despite the parlimantary resolution last week.

Earlier today,a christmas show that had been cleared by police at Gaba beach was disrupted and blocked by soldiers and police when they learnt that I was going to perform.This happened despite parliamentary resolution last week declaring that blocking my shows is unconstitutional

And the standoff begins, Ugandans dispersed by police using tear gas. they come to stand with @HEBobiwine. He insists the show will go on while Police spokesperson says he hasn’t gotten clearance.
