Alex Vogelsong played five seasons at Auburn, but he was the sub when the Tigers won the NCAA title in 2024. He turned pro that summer, and while he’s never played a world-ranked event, he’s won four times on the Minor League Golf Tour in the past 14 months.

On Friday, he shot 66 in Palm Coast, Florida, to advance to final stage of PGA Tour Q-School by 3 shots.
