Two months later, I still haven't received my money back! @qatarairways says they sent the money, but @kiwicom247 says they didn't receive it! They're scammers. Why is this so unlawful?

@qatarairways You say you sent a refund. @kiwicom247 says they didn't receive the refund and are asking for proof of receipt. You say you can't provide proof of receipt. So, am I to blame? The ticket was cancelled at the end of April.
