You’re the only airline that doesn’t allow check in at the “check in desk”. Had the pleasure of getting married in the dordogne last weekend & our first wedding gift was a bill of £110 pounds for not using an online check in (regardless of the fact we were manually checking in)…

Ordered gin and tonics and was given a miniature and a can of tonic. As they started walking off my now wife politely asked for a glass with ice to which the ignorant pig (same curried turd consumer mentioned previously) put a finger up into her face and declared “wait!”. Unreal.

Then got made to wait on the tarmac for 1.5 hours because your wanker crew had missed their position…

Spoke to “customer support” 8 times / emailed to chase payment (now 70 working days) and sent multiple complaints without a single response.

Flights booked for friends wedding on Friday morning. @Ryanair cancel return flights 48 hours before we fly out. Next option is 2 days later. Have to go but literally no way of speaking to their #CustomerService to arrange anything at all - appalling.

@British_Airways - terrible #customerservice. Cancelled outbound of our return to Porto and no way of speaking to anyone / get refunded for the cancelled outbound flight only online. Got to taxi to Gatwick and fly with EasyJet now. Expensive / annoying & very short notice!
