I opened a sound healing/ pure frequency pod in Burbank California. It’s an experimental project and I’d like people to try it out. So far only one person has come forward to try it in 7 months. And they loved it! It’s something that has really helped me with CPTSD.

I met a young monk in Thailand who was drawing pictures in the temple museum. Monks are not allowed to handle money so I donated to the temple and he graciously gave me some of his drawings. What a bright and talented young man. I’ll never forget him.

I will be processing the things I learned in my time at the temple/monastery in Chiang Mai for quite some time. It was a life changing experience.
