@ciencia_pt @antoniocostapm Eu começo. Em 4 anos de legislatura apenas tivemos um concurso para projectos em todas as áreas e teve 30% de não elegíveis. No meu caso, soube ao fim de um ano que o projecto nem sequer tinha sido avaliado porque orçamentei 27 meses de postdoc em vez de 27.5.
