The hardest thing you do is always going to be the hardest thing you do.

So if the hardest thing you do is sit on the couch and eat pizza and watch Netflix, don’t be surprised when life is incredibly hard and everything stresses you out.

This why you need to put yourself voluntarily in tough situations. Train martial arts, ice baths, heavy lifting.

Put yourself in situations “that suck”. That you don’t look forward to, but after you feel great.

Then the little things don’t matter as much.

I train with killers who try to punch me in the face all the time. So a bad day outside the gym is just not a big deal. You’ll be surprised how much better you handle things.
