@GuntherEagleman What a weak argument. If allegiance and domicile control, they will be in the language of the constitution and they are not. You know what is in the language to be a US citizen? To be born or naturalized in the US!
@kevinnbass@RenegadeAcademe Kevin, I am also a TTU alumni and I had a similar fight with them plus others. All I can tell you is that they are a very corrupt school. I ended up suing them twice. One big hurdle is that is that the only judge in their jurisdiction works for them and never recuses from cases.

@allenanalysis Can you point to that in the actual opinion that it only applies to convicted criminals? You cannot because the court didn’t even bother explaining itself. So, to even suggest that it only applies to “convicted criminals” is just wishing it was there
@pjaicomo Judge Hendrix, in my opinion, is by far one of the worst judges in TX and when there is 100% change of he hearing a case in the Northen district of TX
