Congress can fix these problems. Instead of criticizing those of us who uphold our oaths by enforcing the laws Congress drafted, work with us to change them. There will be legislation in the House this week that will address this issue and close the loopholes. Let’s solve it.

@k_huang93 Early leave bc they can’t be around certain infections/lift? Most only get 12 weeks off in the US, taking off before the baby could mean no leave post delivery. There are always ways to accommodate and be a team player.

Today a physician trekked all the way to the basement pharmacy to get a medication for my patient. She 100%did not have to do this, it��s actually my job to go get it. But I’m 8.5 months pregnant and she cares about her staff. I love the nicu #doctorsthatcare
