Absolutely shocking customer service this weekend. Two orders not delivered, multiple excuses (sat nav error, broken down van) so a very unlucky driver! £300 down and no groceries. Trip to local Lidl and another £100 spent. £400 for a weekly shop!!!

Your customer service is appalling! I have been waiting for a delivery since Aug that you have failed to deliver on 4 separate occasions. Your telephone ‘non helpline’ is either not available or I get cut off. Oh and the ABBA music is massively irritating
