A couple Anon flat earthers want the best of both worlds, in which Q knows their pet theory to be fact. Some fall back on the "disinformation is necessary" refrain to assure themselves there is no conflict between their world and Q's. Other convenient dodges come into play.

Lots of talk re: teachers needing training to address sexual harassment/assault in schools but the 'little things' (that perpetuate misogyny) are oft ignored due to baked-in cultural attitudes (male exceptionalism, himpathy). Focus needs be on leadership/dept as a change agent
