@DanielMael@diddydocket@AlexanderDocket@SDNYnews@AAGDhillon@BrianthtsT Hana Boulos is effectively a ghost in the Alexander case, a name used to explain how the trip started, but with no evidence tying her to the brothers; no testimony from her at all. The jury was asked to accept that link without ever hearing from the person at the center of it. That’s a missing piece in the story that was never filled. The case is falling apart - after the fact.
A statement from the family on today's verdict:
“Today’s verdict is deeply disappointing. We believe there are substantial problems with the evidence and the way this case was presented. The legal process does not end here. We will continue fighting every day until justice is done and the three brothers regain their freedom.”
If referring to Bela Koval who was brought via Allyson on Raya app, Agnifilo's argument yesterday was that the ladies seemed to have almost enticed and invited themselves:

All rise!
Judge Caproni: We have two notes. Is a factual finding of contact to entice necessary to satisfy the first element, or can it be through a third party [paraphrase] And, if a defendant's action have [sic] causal effect of travel, is the first element OK?
#Agnifilo ends with a bang:
"We're all Americans, and this is our
government. And that matters. That matters. It takes courage
to acquit. And I want you guys to know that that's what you
should do here. You should have that courage. And you should
acquit these defendants of these charges. And I'm going to sit
down before my time is completely out. So thank you from the
bottom of my heart. Thank you all very much."
Now, we wait.
As jury deliberations continues in the #AlexanderBrothers trial, we will be bringing more highlights from #closing#Agnifilo argued that the govt's key argument relies on self reports about how much drugs and alcohol the women consumed- but we never trust that self report in other legal settings.
On the charge that #OrenAlexander produced sexually explicit material with a minor, Agnifilo argues that the point was not to produce a video, rather to have sex. If it had been to produce a video, when the camera stopped working, they would have stopped.
And on the Isa Brooks charge, Agnifilo suggests that nun-dwelling Avishan had no idea what she saw or heard- even if Isa's time line has aligned with Avishan's.

Agnifilo read texts between a woman named Allyson, who brought Bela Koval to the Hamptons, arguing that the texts show that Allyson invited Bela and then invited THEMSELVES to the Hamptons- no enticement from the brothers.
#DeannaPaul ends with a reminder to the jury that #TalAlexander's "future is in your hands, and the
government's asking you to make the most important decision
possible based on stories in this case that don't line up."
More moments from #closing in the #AlexanderBrothers trial, as jury deliberations continue on Monday.
#DeannaPaul argues that the govts argument that the house, the bus, and the trip were things of value used to entice Isa Brooks into a commercial set act holds no water as she came for Matt Rotman, and to Tal, as Matt's guest.
The govt argues that Avishan corroborates the rape account.
But Avishan herself said she couldn't see anything, just heard the word "stop" followed by 20 minutes of moaning. And then did nothing about it for 15 years.
And according to another witness, one with nothing to gain in the case, Tal even helped arrange Maya's ride home. "No harboring or maintaining- Maya was free to go"

The ##AlexanderBrothers Defense Team continues closing. Some big moments- highlighted below.
Only @AlexanderDocket
First-#Srebnick continued with his defense of #AlonAlexander
"And she tells you, and her sister tells you, that when she meets her sister and is asked where you've been, does she say, I was assaulted? Does she say, I was raped? Does she say, I was a victim of a crime? No. And again, forgive me for using the F word. "I fucked twins." That's her testimony. 14 years ago, that was her testimony."
Paul, on #TalAlexander's conduct after the alleged rape:
"If you rob a bank, do you go in the next morning and open a checking account?"
"Predators don't text their victims. People who believe they had a consensual sequel encounter do."
"These three brothers are not mobsters. They're not the Gambinos. They're three brothers who went to college and lived in different cities across the country. They lived separate lives. And yes, sometimes they acted like entitled assholes. But that's not a federal crime."
