@jstans1478@UnitedCanucks26 It may have started as a joke but in Jan 2025 he said he would consider economic force to annex Canada. If that isn’t a threat, I would really hate to see what you actually consider a threat. And how you would feel if someone said that about the USA
@AntiTrumpCanada I am a proud Canadian, not happy with the US administration but nobody should be booing anyone’s flag or national anthem. Especially when those same people will complain when it happens to the Canadian flag or anthem.
That is just childish behaviour and we are better than that
@alleria_eh I spend on average 700.00 for 5 people a month for groceries. But I have a garden that I can use for about 6 months of fresh groceries and I will freeze the surplus from that to help get through the winter months. I only buy seasonal vegetables or sales.
@Jules_3233@CTVNews And you think that wouldn’t happen under a conservative government. I didn’t vote for liberals but thinking the conservatives would do differently is lying to yourself
@MarcWest79@cspotweet Which is exactly what current leader of the Conservative Party will do if they win. I would love to be wrong but that is what all parties do.
And don’t fool yourself into thinking they will fix the representation because they won’t change a thing.
@sarobertson_ Although BC government run liquor don’t have US alcohol, the private run stores still do so if people really wanted US Alcohol they can still get it. If it doesn’t sell, well putting back on all shelves will not fix that.
@Orealhvk0@cspotweet I guess it means that you will need to submit your ballot that day in question. Everyone will or the majority of those that do will count. I bet everyone wanting to separate will show because they know that most people will just sit home and think it won’t happen
@Jorgensen8Peter@globepolitics Actually the conservatives were the once’s to announce Nanisivik as a military base. I had to stand on my military whites as a spectator as Harper made the announcement
@GCK705 @sarobertsonca 100% agree. We don’t parties in, we typically vote them out.
There were enough people pissed at Trudeau to switch parties but that changed when he stepped down.
@KerryHolmekb Yet his business has made more money than he would have been paid. It is all optics. He might not be taking a salary but he is still making millions off of Americans
@CTVNews I personally feel Conservatives increased in numbers, not because of Poilievre but more because they wanted Trudeau gone. We are not a country that votes in a party, we vote a party out. Once a new Liberal leader came along is part the reason the Conservatives lost.
@timescolonist I hope they work to make that increase small or show me what I am actually getting for that increase. Because I sure don’t see it on the side streets with how bad some of our roads are.
