Had my first appointment with my therapist today, and I already know that he is going to work well for me! He really met my energy, nade me feel comfortable immediately, and recognized my goals and how we achieve them!

Something big happened yesterday!

I got an official diagnosis of #ADHD !

This is something that's been known for a long time, but I'd never really been able to get the diagnosis to be medicated. I'm really excited to see where things go as I adjust to actually being treated!
