@BioDeclassified RE7 was only good at being horrifying. The characters and story are forgettable.
RE2R is better, back to root and story is legendary.
Now I know why Capcom was ok with shitty story like RE7. They can ruin the lore however they want and these stupid fans will still defend for them

@BioDeclassified The RE7 cult here is insane 🤣🤣🤣 RE2R was announced before RE7 was released (2015) Plus, RE7 didn't sale that much in the first year. That doesn't fit the narrative they're trying to push here that RE7 catalysted everything lol. If it wasn't for RE2R I would have left this game

I always hate the "7 saved the franchise" logic. Let's not forget the RE2R that has been announced since 2015. It's not like 7 caused it to happen.

@ResidentJsee The reveal that Miranda was Spencer's mentor. She's fine on her own as new villian, but then they had to make a connection (heh. Connection) to Spencer. Weird attempt to make her seems relevant to lores. Very weak too.

Look. It might not be so deep or symbolism and just some cheap Hollywood stereotype. But you can't deny it isn't. Go back to the whole series from the start (especially development and behind the scene) and you'll get it. That's what early Resident Evil (before RE4) is.

@KurasshuB That's big coming from someone who think Alcina (who appeared just last year as a one-off character) deserves a DLC. Well, you might be right. Since the DLC isn't intentional but just a fan service and a cash grab anyway. So a dead character is perfect so DLC won't ruin RE9.
