@klopotenko_chef Раніше у відповідь на українську не вважалось дізреспектом відповідати російською. Потім в сфері обслуговування сформували стандарт: виключно українською - на українську.
Зараз ми рухаємось до створення такого стандарту в усіх сферах.
Відповідати російською - буде дізреспект.
